VIDA is a Retreat Center dedicated to hosting one-of-a-kind retreats, transformational events, and extraordinary experiences.

Our vision is to help people pursue their best version of themselves, feel alive, feel well, connect to others, and create a positive impact on this planet.

We work with world-class speakers, practitioners, and teachers in the fields of yoga, nutrition, spirituality, integrative medicine, meditation, permaculture, entrepreneurship, social impact…

Where is VIDA?

Vida sits on 65 acres of pristine land, is located in a quiet seaside town called Miramar, overlooking the Ocean and nestled just below the cloud forest of the Montes de Oro. It’s only 1.5 hours from the San Jose Airport. It is located in close proximity to a wide array of popular destinations and eco-adventure attractions, including some of the top beaches in the country, as well as Cloud Forests and Rivers. Just a 10-minute drive from the Yacht Club – allows for easy access to the secluded white sand islands of the Gulf of Nicoya.
